Sandra Allen , 71, passed on June 04, 2022. She was born to Charles Allen and Lucinda Allen in Mississippi City, Mississippi on September 27, 1950.

Together they raised 4 children Andre (Michelle ), Diana , James (William ), Raquel. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
