Sandra Piesco, age 63, passed away on April 29, 2023. She was born on November 21, 1959, in Camden, New Jersey, to Francis and Maria Deady. Sandra grew up in South Jersey and attended Camden Catholic High School. Sandra was an independent, loving, inquisitive, verbose woman, a wife for 40 years, mother to three children, and grandmother to two beautiful granddaughters.
After her children were born, Sandra dedicated herself to being a stay-at-home Mom and deeply cherished every moment. She always put her family's needs before her own and was there without fail. In addition to caring for her family, Sandra was also passionate about helping animals in need. She was a strong advocate for all rescues but especially Kodi's Club Rescue organization, where she helped find forever homes for countless dogs. She loved spending time with her four-legged friends and had a soft spot for every furry and feathered animal she met.
Sandra touched many lives during her lifetime with her kindness, empathy, and warm-hearted nature. She had a radiant smile and determined demeanor that made everyone feel instantly supported, safe, and loved.
Sandra will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on forever in the hearts of those she touched. Sandra is survived by her mother, Maria Deady; husband, Robert Piesco; children, Andrew, Nicholas and his wife Molly, and Gina and her husband Lee; and two granddaughters, Noelle & Winnie.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate the life of Sandra at a Funeral Mass at the Church of the Holy Eucharist in Tabernacle, NJ, on Friday, May 5th at 11am. A Christian burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery in Mount Holly at 12:30pm, with an optional luncheon to follow at O'connors American Bar & Grille in Eastampton, NJ. As a way to honor her memory, the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Kodi's Club Rescue, Sandra's favorite dog rescue. Donations can be made at https://www.kodisclub.org/donate.
Rest in peace, Sandra Piesco. Your legacy will never be forgotten and carried on in all the hearts of those you touched.
