Sandra Perdicas, 83, died on November 29, 2016. Sandra was born on December 19, 1932 in Pottstown, PA to the late Ruth (Minter) and Stanley Skean. She was a graduate of Pottstown High School with the Class of 1950. In 1954, she received a BS in Elementary Education from the then Lock Haven State Teachers College. She taught in the Pottstown School System until moving to Akron, OH in 1968. A member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, she sang in its choir. She was also pleased to be a member of The Melody Maids for many years. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Alexander Perdicas in 2002. Sandra is survived by her daughter, Melanie (David) Orlandini; son, Paul (Marlo) Perdicas; grandchildren, Nathan, Braden, Olivia, Alayna, Laurel, and Grady; and brother, Don Skean. A graveside service will be held 1:30 P.M. on Monday at Mt. Zion Cemetery, Route 724 & S. Hanover St., Pottstown. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery. There will be a viewing Monday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made in Sandra’s name to Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 150 N.
