Sarah Stagner, 18, of Saint Paris, Ohio, passed Sunday, November 26, 2017 on I-75 N near the Tennessee/Kentucky border when she was struck head on by Garrett Stickley, 56, of Louisville, Kentucky, who was traveling south in the northbound lane. Sarah was born to Kenneth Stagner, and Jamie Stagner, September 22, 1999 in Dayton, OH.


Sarah was set to graduate from Graham High School in 2017. She also was a member of the Graham High School Marching Falcons at Graham High School since 2013. Sarah was accepted into The Ohio University and as a member of the Ohio University Marching 110. Sarah was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. 

Funeral service will be held on Thursday,  November 30, 2017 at 11:30 AM and will follow to Concord Cemetery. We ask this be retricted to close friends and family members while we work with the Graham community.
