Sarah Le'Ann Hackney, 32, passed on May 23, 2022 in Jacksonville Florida. She was born to Kenneth and Rebecca Hackney in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on January 26, 1990.

She left behind 3 children: Grant, Liam, and Freya. She also leaves her father Kenneth Hackney, 2 sisters Glenda and Angie, and 2 brothers Keith and Jason.  

Family will be holding a private service to spread her ashes. In our hearts forever, until we can hold you in heaven.
