Sarah W. Heath, of Dexter, New York, passed on May 19, 2023. Sarah was born on October 28, 1982 to Stephen Heath and Carolyn Gossage.

Sarah had a bright future ahead of her with many years of practice as a dental hygienist. However, she struggled with addiction and her life came to a tragic end.

She has left behind two young, beautiful daughters. Annalise and Wraelee who have no parent now due to drugs. She also leaves behind her own mother, Carolyn. Prior to her life as an addict she was well loved and had many friends, including close cousins Rachel Ann, Nicole, and Crystal. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles and other cousins.

She is predeceases by her father, Stephen. Also her grandparents Gordon and Phyllis; Peter and Ruth, uncles Francis and Jay.

It is the wish of her mother that all family’s, be aware of addiction and be active in getting help for your loved one.
