Scott Phelps, father, and grandfather, passed away on June 25, 2024 in a tragic car accident. He was born on May 2, 1966 in Abilene, Texas to Reid Darwin Phelps Sr. and Gina Diffillippo.

Scott served in the Army and was a dedicated soldier throughout his career. In his free time, he enjoyed riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

He is survived by his Brother Reid Darwin Phelps Jr, daughter, Kandyce Phelps, and her spouse Dean Cole. He is also survived by two grandchildren Sandilynn and Sofia. Scott will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
