Worden, Scott B.RALEIGH-Scott B. Worden, age 45 died suddenly on April 14, 2017. Scott was born on November 14, 1971 in Binghamton, NY to Jack and Darlene Benjamin Worden III.He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Dorothy and Byron Benjamin, paternal grandfather Henry J. Worden, Jr. and Uncle Gary R. Worden.Scott graduated from Chenango Forks High School and attended SUNY Broome Community College in Binghamton, NY. He was co-owner of J & S Cleaning and Repair and enjoyed running the business with his father. He was a lifelong fan of motocross as well as hockey. Scott was a devoted father who loved his sons very much.He is survived by his wife Janice, sons James Scott and John Phillip, parents Jack and Darlene Worden of Cary, NC; brothers John (Julie) Worden of Raleigh, NC and Kevin (Dawn) Worden of Binghamton, NY; fraternal grandmother Celia A. Worden nieces Ashley and Mackenzie Worden, nephew Joseph Worden, in-laws Phillip and Mary Sue Davis as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 22, 2017 at Brown-Wynne Funeral Home, 200 SE Maynard Rd, Cary, NC 27511.
