Sean Scheffler, 64, of Clewiston, Florida, passed on December 05, 2021.
Sean was born in Paducah, Kentucky to John Conrad Scheffler and Beatrice Lerrome Killmon on October 21, 1957. He attended Clewiston High School and graduated in 1976. Sean served the City of Clewiston for 42 years and recently retired from his position as Public Works Director. He enjoyed being part of Clewiston’s growth, improvements and festivities. He would have been married 46 years to his high school sweetheart, Lorina Perry Scheffler, on December 20th and loved his family, his town, and his work shop. Some of Sean’s favorite hobbies included wood working, taking care of his yard and riding his Harley Davidson.
Sean was survived by his mother Beatrice Killmon; his children, Sean Bradley Scheffler Jr, Jeremiah and Sarah Crouch, and Daniel and Sally Hoots. His grandchildren, Devyn and Garrett Bunting, Madison Crouch, Isaac Crouch, Sean Bradley III and Ashton Scheffler. His great-grandchildren Kennedi Bunting, Maverick Bunting and Braylynn Bunting. His siblings Mervin and Kimberly Daughtery, Mary Lynn Redish, and Jeffery Scott Scheffler. His feline companion, Harley the Siamese Cat.
Sean was preceded in death by his wife, Lorina Perry Scheffler, and his father John Conrad Scheffler.
Celebration of Life service will be held at the Community First Christian Church in Clewiston, Florida on December 14, 2021. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and service will begin at 7pm.
