On July 23, 2023, we said farewell to our beloved Selena Mandamin, who passed away at the age of 48 in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. She was born on January 18, 1975, to her loving mother, Norma, who always kept her on her toes.

In 2011, Selena found her soulmate, Victor, and they embarked on a beautiful journey of love and laughter. Together, they created a beautiful family, and Selena was a proud mother to five incredible children.

Her eldest daughter, Laura, brought much joy to Selena's life when she married Alex. Another source of happiness was her daughter Shalene, who married Mark, making for endless fun and laughter. Selena cherished her daughter Cheyenne, who married Barry, and she always had a soft spot for her youngest daughters, Kaylee and Nora.

Selena was also blessed with the joy of being a grandmother to nine little rays of sunshine. Though we won't mention their names now, Selena was known to be an amazing grandma, always showering them with love, wisdom, and her secret stash of homemade cookies.

During her working years, Selena found immense fulfillment at Sam's Beaded Creation's, where she poured her heart into her craft. Her dedication and creativity were evident in every piece she made, and she brought smiles to countless customers' faces.

Unfortunately, the cause of Selena's passing was a broken heart. While it may sound cliché, anyone who knew her understands that she had a heart big enough to love unconditionally and deeply. Selena had a way of making everyone around her feel special and valued, leaving an indelible mark on their lives.

As we celebrate Selena's life, let us remember her infectious laughter, her warm hugs, and her immense love for her family. She touched our hearts in ways that words cannot express, and her memory will live on forever in our hearts.
