Assalamu Alaikum!! With deepest sorrow, we announce that Shahroz Ahmed, age 21, our most beloved son, brother, family member and friend passed away on Sunday, November 3, 2019 while at the Texas Medical Center.

Those who knew Shahroz, even just a little, lost a shining light in their lives. Shahroz will be missed everyday by his father, Haroon Ahmed, his mother, Kiran, brother Umar, sisters Sarah and Nadia, his loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many great friends. We ask that you remember Shahroz in your prayers. May Allah have mercy on his soul, forgive his sins and grant him a place in Jannat-ul-Firdous (Paradise). Ameen!

The Janazah prayer will be held at the ISGH Masjid Hamza - Mission Bend Islamic Center (6233 Tres Lagunas Dr, Houston, TX 77083) on Friday, November 08 after the Friday prayer at 1:30pm. We hope to see you there!
