It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Shakeena McCombs, a beloved member of the Winston-Salem community. Shakeena, aged 45, left us on January 2, 2025. She was a vibrant and kind soul, who touched the lives of all who crossed her path. Born on September 23, 1979, Shakeena was known for her infectious smile and unwavering positivity. Her presence will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Though she may be gone, her memory will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to have known her. Rest in peace, Shakeena.
