XENIA — Sharon E. Baker, Age 71, unexpectedly passed away Friday, October 17, 2014 at Greene Memorial Medical Center in Xenia, OH. Sharon was born on January 16, 1943 in Dayton, OH to the late Roy L. Richie and Adah Richie. She retired as a Technical Information Specialist from Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio after 30 years of dedicated service. She was preceded in death by her siblings Mrs. Naomi McCleskey, Mrs. Florence Mitchell, Mrs. Gladys Stewart, Mrs. Pearl Newell, Mrs. Nellie Lyle, Mrs. Alberta Jackson, Roy L. Richie Jr., Paul Richie, Thomas E. Richie, and James Richie. She is survived by her sisters Mrs. Monaray Bell of Columbus, OH and Ruth Smith of Dayton, OH; her husband Nathaniel W. Baker of Xenia, OH and sons Maurice L. Baker of Havelock, NC, Samuel W. Baker of San Diego, CA, and Christopher N. Baker of Orlando, FL, 4 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held privately at Bethel Temple Church in Xenia with Rev.
