Kemnitz, Sharon P.Sharon P. Kemnitz, 68, of Eldorado, entered the glories of heaven forever on Monday, December 5, 2016.She was born on February 7, 1948, in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, to Philip and Mildred (Meinert) Fiebiger. She was baptized into God's family on February 29, 1948, and confirmed in the Christian faith on April 15, 1962, both at St. John's Lutheran Church, Sleepy Eye, Minnesota.On October 5, 1975, Sharon married Daniel E. Kemnitz at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, Fond du Lac.After graduating in 1970 from Dr. Martin Luther College in New Ulm, Minnesota, Sharon taught grades 1-8 at St. Paul's-Van Dyne, Kindergarten at St. Peter's-Eldorado, grade 6 at St. Peter's-Fond du Lac, and Preschool at Good Shepherd-Fond du Lac. Sharon enjoyed teaching piano and playing organ at a number of WELS congregations, gardening, baking and cooking, camping, and spending time with family and friends. She served in a number of Women's Ministries at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church.Survivors include her husband, Dan; daughter, Nicole (Greg) Maddox, Hermosa, South Dakota; daughter, Kari (Rev. Jason) Oakland, Neenah; son, Joshua (Ashley) Kemnitz, Eldorado; grandchildren: Ada Maddox, Elizabeth Oakland, Hannah and Alex Kemnitz; father and mother-in-law, Louie and Lucille Kemnitz; brothers and sisters-in-law: Cindy Christianson, Kathy (Larry) Nelson, Penny (Kim) Techlin, Peggy (Tim) Navis, Beth (Wade) Cohoon, Rev. Tim (Debra) Kemnitz, Jim Groth, Mark (Joan) Aronson, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her infant son, John Philip; parents, Philip and Mildred Fiebiger; and her two sisters, Arleen Groth and Dianne Aronson.VISITATION: The visitation will be held from 9:00 - 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016, at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church, 55 North Prairie Road, Fond du Lac.SERVICE: The funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday at Faith Ev. Lutheran Church with Rev.
