Shawn Phiel, beloved resident of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on July 15, 2025. He was born on January 21, 1986, and leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter.

Shawn was a dedicated employee at Waffle House, where he worked tirelessly with the people he loved. He was known for his friendly smile and excellent customer service.

Outside of work, Shawn had a passion for fishing. He could often be found casting his line in the peaceful waters of his favorite fishing spots.

Shawn was a proud graduate of Jessamine County High School, where he excelled academically and made lifelong friendships. He graduated in 2006 with a bright future ahead of him.

Shawn is survived by his two beautiful children, Zachery Phiel and Samuel Phiel. They loved there dad very much. He also left behind 3 brothers many cousins and aunts and uncles he will be missed so much.

Although Shawn has left this world, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Shawn. Until we met again fly hight sweet angel
