Shawntee’ Steverson, 40, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed on July 12, 2023. Shawntee’ was born on April 21, 1983. She was born to Stewart M. Steverson Jr. and Dorothy L. Brewer in Lemoore California. At a young age she moved to Virginia Beach, Virginia where she acquired so many close friends.

Shawntee’ loved to travel and stayed on the go. You could always count on her to be your riding buddy. She also loved her some nails. She started getting her nails done at 15 years old and you would never catch her without them done long with vibrant colors and designs. She was definitely a trend setter.

More than anything Shawntee’ loves her three boys. She would do absolutely anything for them. Her email address ended with lovingmy3boys. When they were younger and a new shoe released, you better bet Shawntee’ was going to get her sons those shoes. She did an amazing job raising her sons. She would often brag about how they have never been in trouble or has ever caused her any heartache. She was very proud of who they have become.

Shawntee’ loved her entire family very much. She will be reunited with her grandmothers Leola Campbell and Gloria Steverson, and her grandfather Loyld Campbell Sr. Those remaining in her legacy and memories are her parents Dorothy Brewer(John Brewer) and Stewart Steverson ( Genevieve Steverson). Her grandfather Stewart M Steverson Sr (Elizabeth Steverson) Her brothers Lamont Campbell and Brian Steverson, her sister Nekeesha Steverson, her three children Monte’ Steverson, Jalil Peltzer and Troy Addison Jr. Her three nephews Ze’Wuan Steverson, Zakeim Steverson and Quashawn Steverson. Her three nieces Haven-Simon Campbell, Zakira Steverson and Zamelia Steverson. Her dog Chanel, and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and other relatives.

Shawntee’ will truly be missed by all who knew and loved her.
