Sheila K. O'DonoghuePOUGHKEEPSIE - Sheila K. O'Donoghue, 80, of Poughkeepsie, NY passed away on August 2, 2017 in Vassar Bros. Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. She was born on October 17, 1936, the daughter of Edward H. & Alice Mary Bowman O'Donoghue, Sr. She was a graduate of The Rosary Academy in 1954, attended Regis College and graduated from the Mt. Auburn Hospital School of Nursing in 1963.Sheila was the former Director of Nursing for The Belmont Manor Nursing Home in Belmont MA and previous to that was the ER Charge Nurse at the Mt. Auburn Hospital. She is survived by her son: Patrick E. (Denise) O'Donoughe, Sr. of Poughkeepsie, NY; sisters: Margaret A. "Peg" O'Donoghue of Chelmsford, MA; Alice Mary Harrington of Acton, MA; brothers: Kevin O'Donoghue of Amherst ,NY and Edward H. O'Donoghue, Jr. of Acton, MA. Shelia was a devoted grandmother to Gabrielle and Patrick O' Donoughe, Jr. There are several nieces and nephews. Services and Burial will be at a later date.
