Kuba, ShelbaShelba J. Kuba, age 78, passed away on Wednesday, December 7, 2016 at her home. She was born on September 18, 1938 to the late Willard and Orel (Stevens) Bellin in Appleton. On June 25, 1965 she married David Kuba, who preceded her in death in October, 2001. Most important in her life were her family and her Church. She loved the Lord and the Bible. In her spare time, she enjoyed crossword puzzles and watching the Packers, especially Brett Favre. Shelba was an avid animal lover, she enjoyed all animals. She is survived by her children; David (Paula), Dan, Don (Laurie), Duane and Ron (Amy), grandchildren; Krystal, Amber, Amanda, Molly, Olivia, Elizabeth, David and Steven, brother, Duane (Judy) Bellin and sister, Sharon (Orland) Schmidt. She is further survived by her fur babies, Manchita her dog and Smokey her cat, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Preceding her in death are her parents, her husband, David, son, Jimmy and two brothers, Derrold and Dennis Bellin.A funeral service for Shelba will be held at 11:00am, Monday, December 12, 2016 at Grace Baptist Church, 720 W. Lindberg St, Appleton, 54914 with Pastor Randy Graham officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 9:00am to 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
