Shelly was a sarcastic but brutally honest girl from Franklin, Indiana with a strong love for animals and sweet tea, died unexpectedly Saturday, August 20, 2022, at the age of 17, from an unfortunate ATV accident.

Shelly was born October 1, 2005. She was entering her senior year. Her plans were to get a nursing degree after High School.

Shelly is survived by her parents, Anthony and Tracy Rains; her two brothers, Weston Rains and Trevor Rains (Natalie Smith); her one niece, Lucy Jane Rains; her grandparents, Clifford and Patricia Rains; her grandmother, Maxine Fullhenkamp; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
