Sheryl Wright was a loving mother, sister, aunt and friend. She was born on January 19, 1960 in Lexington, MS to Henry Lee Wright and the late Jessie Mae Waller-Wright.

Sheryl attend Lexington Attendace Center were she graduated in 1979 with her high school diplo. She then moved to Des Moines, IA & started her career in customer service and nurse aid work. She enjoyed meeting new people, traveling and taking care of others.

On June 16, 2021 Sheryl was called home to be with her love ones that went before her. She was proceeded in death by her mother; Jessie Mae Waller-Wright, two brothers; Henry Lee Wright Jr., & Paul Waller, and her sister Sarah Waller.

She leaves to cherish in her spirit, two sons: Melvin Wright of Iowa City, IA; Andre Wright of Lexington, MS; one daughter: Chanel Wright of Chicago, IL. Six grandchildren: Monica Wright, Andre Wright Jr., Evelyn Smith, Riley Smith, Rontekia Wright and Micheal Walden. Her father: Henry Lee Wright of Lexington, MS. Four sisters: Mary Ann Wright & Sabrina Waller both of Chicago, IL. Tonya Waller-Faulkner of Cedar Rapids, IA. & Christana Wright of Lexington, MS. One brother James Wright of Little Rock, Arkansas. & a host of aunties, uncles, neices, nephews, cousins and friends.
