Shirley Woods, a beloved resident of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 69. Born on July 24, 1954, Shirley was known for her kind heart and infectious smile. She had a passion for helping others and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Shirley will be remembered for her unwavering strength, her love for life, and her ability to bring joy to those around her. Her presence will be greatly missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. May she rest in peace. She is joined in rest with her daughter, Tamika Lashe Woods. Both gone too soon. She is preceeded in death by her husband, John Paul Woods, her mother, Margot Ann Woods and an older brother, Otis Paul Johnson. She had four children, Mario Paul Woods, Ronnie Woods, Tereatha Ann Woods and Tamika Lashe Woods. A host of many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
