Later in life, he dedicated himself to the Army Family Team Building organization, guiding and supporting military families during challenging times. Spencer's selflessness and unwavering commitment to serving others left an indelible impact on all those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with him.

Prior to his service as a Police Officer, Spencer proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, where he distinguished himself with the rank of Group Captain. Spencer's dedication to his country was truly unparalleled, as he displayed unwavering courage and leadership during his time in the armed forces.

Tragically, Spencer's remarkable journey came to an end on October 13, 2023, when he succumbed to a fatal stroke. This unexpected loss has left a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
