It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Spencer Aribella Jade Philips, in the early morning of February 5th, 2019. 

Spencer was born December 13th, 2001 in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada to Keith and Pam Philips. When she was 5, her family moved to Davenport, Iowa where she lived until her parents divorce in December 2018.

Spencer and her mother then moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota in January of this year, while her father moved back to Canada.

Spencer was an avid horror movie fan, and loved to be outdoors. She was a straight A student with a 5.0 GPA and had been accepted VIA early admissions into Harvard.

Spencer is remembered by many friends, family and brothers and sister. Memorial details to follow.
