Youngest son, Benjamin joined the family in 1966. Together, Pearl and Stan opened a Mom and Pop luncheonette and candy store right around the corner from their home. It was called Stan's Lunch. Located close to the local elementary school, Stan's Lunch was a favorite spot with kids, families, teachers and many members of the community. Everyone knew Stan and everyone loved Pearl's egg creams. In addition to running the business with Pearl, and raising their four sons, Stan worked for twenty years as a cashier at Yonkers Raceway.
