Mary "Tune" Cooper & Charles "Son" Cooper. She lived in the St. Mark Community in Hemingway South Carolina. She attended Greater St. Mark AME  Church where she served as an active meme we of the Usher Board, Senior Choir, and Trustee board. Bessie was known to the community as a sweet loving God fearing woman who always provided a helping hand. Bessie was a fighter until God called her home
