Stephen "Bo, Lep" Ratliff, 32, a native and resident of Napoleonville, departed this life Monday, Oct. 8, 2018. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12 at Williams & Southall Funeral Home in Napoleonville, and from 8 a.m. until religious services at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at Moses Baptist Church, 1032 Canal Blvd., Thibodaux, conducted by the Rev. Ronald Willoughby. Burial will follow in Christ Missionary Baptist church cemetery in Houma. Stephen is survived by his mother, Renette Ratliff; brothers, Derrick, and Tristan Ratliff, Darius, and Leslie Carter; sister, Havilah Johnson; companion, Ariel Davis; and a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence Carter; brother, Terrence Carter; maternal grandparents, Madeline and Herman Johnson Sr.; and paternal grandparents, Edna and Lawrence Carter Sr.
