Stephen Lundgren, affectionately known as Stevie, passed away on November 2, 2023, at the age of 23. Despite the tragic circumstances surrounding his untimely death, we choose to remember the joy and laughter that Stevie brought to our lives.

Stevie was born on April 16, 2000, in the beautiful city of Victoria, British Columbia. He grew up in Sturgeon, Alberta, Canada, where he attended Sturgeon Composite High School. Known for his mischievous smile and kind heart, Stevie made friends wherever he went.

Although Stevie didn't have any children of his own, he cherished his role as a doting brother to Shaylyn and Christian. Their adventures together were legendary, whether they were exploring the great outdoors, playing pranks on each other, or simply sharing a good laugh.

Stevie faced his fair share of challenges, and his struggle with addiction was no secret. However, he never let his demons define him. Despite the hardships, he always managed to find the silver lining and bring light into the lives of those around him.

Stevie had a special bond with his mother, Laura Lundgren, who tirelessly supported him through thick and thin. Their relationship was filled with love, understanding, and a shared appreciation for life's little quirks.

Although his life was tragically cut short, we choose not to mourn the loss of Stevie but to celebrate the vibrant soul he was. He would want us to remember the joy he brought into our lives, the contagious laughter and the warmth of his heart.
