Stephen F. Ramsey, 82Muncie - Stephen F. Ramsey, 82, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital.He was born on August 28, 1934, in Muncie, the son of Seth F. and Elma L. (Allen) Ramsey and attended Muncie Central High School and Ball State University. He married Patricia M. Tutterrow in November 1951 in Muncie.He worked as a union carpenter and contractor and was also a corporate pilot for 25 years. Stephen was a member of Grace Baptist Church for 47 years where he belonged to Caleb's Kin. He was a Mason, a member of the Conservation Club and the Muncie Pistol Club.Stephen loved to fly and going to airshows and also enjoyed hunting and fishing.Surviving are three sons, Stephen Flint Ramsey and Joseph Ramsey, both of Muncie and Mathew Ramsey of Arkansas; four grandchildren, Ryan, Jennifer, Kathryn and Stephen and four great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 41 years, Patricia M. Ramsey on June 29, 1994; and one sister, Ruth Ellen Landis.  Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Monday, June 19, 2017, at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel with Dr. Collins Glenn officiating.
