Stephen Thompson passed away at his home on July 23, 2024, in Triadelphia, West Virginia. He was born in Garden Grove, California on April 15, 1958, to William and Beverly Thompson. He is survived by his devoted wife, Debbie Thompson, as well as his children Lavina Smith, Jaime Greathouse (Thompson) and step-son Michael Bull.

Stephen was a hardworking member of the Roofers Union local 188, where he dedicated many years to his trade. He had a passion for playing with his beloved dog, Shura, watching Ghost Stories, fishing, and most of all, spending quality time with his many grandchildren/great grandchildren.

Stephen will be remembered for his infectious smile, his warm heart, and his love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Services will be held at Kepner funeral home. In lieu of flowers they can be sent to Kepner funeral home in Elm grove, WV.
