Adams, Steven G.Steven G. Adams, age 63, of Plymouth, WI, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee.He was born on September 22, 1954 in Plymouth, WI, son of the late Eugene and Janice (Behrend) Adams.Steve was a graduate of Plymouth High School, Lakeshore Technical Institute and Lakeland College.On October 9, 1982 he married Christine McMullen at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Plymouth. The couple was married 35 years.He began his career by working for his father at Gene's Trucking Service in Plymouth as a truck driver and household mover. He then worked over 20 years as a buyer in the Purchasing Department at Curt G. Joa Inc. in Sheboygan Falls. For the last 11 years he worked in the Purchasing Department as a buyer for Hospital Sister Health System - Eastern Wisconsin Division for St. Nicholas Hospital in Sheboygan and St. Mary's Hospital in Green Bay.Steve enjoyed coaching his three sons in baseball, basketball, and soccer while they were growing up. He was an avid sports fan of the Packers, Bucks, Brewers, and Badgers. He had a knack for remembering their history and statistics, and enjoyed sharing this knowledge with others. He always believed it was important to stay active and enjoyed: running, walking, and downhill skiing in his earlier years. He also enjoyed bowling and mini-golf. He was a lifelong member at St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth and served as an elder, communion assistant, and was an usher for over 30 years. Steve believed it was important to help others whenever possible, and recently started donating blood to the American Red Cross. He is survived by: His loving wife: Chris of Plymouth; Three sons: Benjamin of Milwaukee, Trevor of Charlotte, NC, and Marcus of Milwaukee; Brother: Kurt (Diane) Adams of Plymouth; Two sisters: Nancy Bussiere of Vail, AZ, Sally (John) Adams-Moos of Englewood, CO; Father and mother-in-law: Jerome and Mary McMullen of Plymouth; Brother-in-law: Tim McMullen (special friend: Brenda Handel) of Plymouth; and Two sisters-in-law: Kathy Thomas of Plymouth and Patty (Terry) Toraason of Oshkosh.Steve is also survived by many wonderful nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother-in-law: Tom Bussiere.Memorial Services will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2017, at 5:00 P.M. at St. John Lutheran Church in Plymouth. Rev.
