Steven E. Poston Sr.Lancaster: Steven E. Poston, Sr., 61, of Lancaster passed away on Saturday July 8, 2017 at his residence. He was born on August 24, 1955 in Lancaster. Steve worked in the decorating department at Anchor Hocking for 43 years. He served as President of Union 576 for many years. He cherished 42 years of memories with his soulmate Eva I (Oatney) Poston.Steven is survived by loving wife Eva I. Poston; son Steven (Cathy) Poston, Jr., daughter Amy (Timmy) Brobst; grandchildren Chelsea, Riley, Reese and Wyatt; mother Rebecca Poston; sister Penny Rex, sister Betty (Bill) Chamberlain, brother Howard (Leann) Poston, Jr, sister Kim (Dwaine) Curtis, many nieces, nephews and cousins and his beloved cat Brutus, Harley Eugene. He was preceded in death by his father Howard E. Poston Sr. and brother Wayne Poston.A Celebration of Steve's Life will be held from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. on Wednesday July 12, 2017 at the Sheridan Funeral Home.
