Steven Russell TrimbleMay 20, 1961 November 13, 2016The world has lost a very special man, who inspired and touched so many people.Steve passed peacefully on November 13, 2016, after a hard fought battle with cancer. He overcame so many obstacles, exhibited such perseverance and showed us what true courage is, with his amazing wife, Erin by his side every step of the way. Steve always had a smile, a great sense of humor, and a genuine concern for others over himself.Steve was born on May 20, 1961 in Nampa, Idaho. He went to Nampa High, then graduated from University of Idaho in 1984, where he was an active member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. He became a dedicated and beloved ski coach at Bogus Basin, Snowbird, and for the U.S. Olympic Ski Team. He later obtained his realtor license and went on to organize events nationwide.Steve is survived by his wife Erin Trimble, parents Iris and Don Hendrickson, sister Diana Trimble and her children Davina and David, niece Megan Trimble, and cousins Don and Trudy Anderson. He is also survived by in-laws Carolyn and Terry O'Neill and Kevin and Colleen Kilbuck and their children Hayden, Brooke and Ashlyn. He was preceded in death by his father Shelley Trimble, brother John Trimble, grandmother Laura Stewart, and grandparents John and Gladys Trimble. The family wishes to thank the many friends that have assisted in his care the last four years.
