Susan “Susie” A. BreedloveSept. 19, 1931 - Nov. 23, 2016MISHAWAKA - Mishawaka-Susan “Susie” A. Breedlove, 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 23, 2016. Susie was born on September 19, 1931 in Fort Wayne, IN to Donald and Amy (Gardner) Brayer. She was preceded in death by her parents. Surviving are her son, Butch (Debbie) Breedlove of Mishawaka; two grandchildren, Aaron Breedlove and Aimee (Ben) Wilkey all of Granger; great grandchildren, Braxston and Brock Wilkey and Lennon Breedlove. Susie graduated from IU with a Masters in Teaching. She was an Elementary School Teacher for 30 years, where she worked at Beiger School from 1960 until she retired in 1984. She was a member of East United Methodist Church in Mishawaka. She loved to travel and play a good round of golf. Susie loved hosting neighborhood picnics, she was a great friend and neighbor and would open her pool and taught many kids to swim. Funeral services will be on Monday, November 28 at 2 p.m., with visitation one hour prior, in Hahn Funeral Home, 505 W. 8th Street, Mishawaka. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola at a later time.
