Susan M. Boss, Age 57, of Burlington, passed away on Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at Aurora Burlington Memorial Hospital. Susan was born on September 1, 1955 in Burlington, to Harmon and Mary (nee Turner) Miles. She spent her early life and received her education in Lyons and Burlington. On May 11, 2004 in Las Vegas, Susan was united in marriage to Howard Boss. Together they made their home in Burlington. Susan was a homemaker and loved caring for and spending time with her grandchildren and great-granddaughter, Liliana. She was both a devoted wife and mother. Survivors include her loving husband, Howard, her children; Christina (Devin Schoonover) Miles of Burlington and Joseph (Jessica) Flores of Kenosha, step-sons; William Boss, Michael (fiancé Jen) Boss and Matthew (Beth) Boss all of Kenosha, grandchildren; Amanda Miles, Samantha Emanuel) Rodriguez, Jazmin Flores, Deja Flores, Majestic Flores, Johnny Boss, Zane Boss, Michael Boss Jr. and Hailey Boss, great-granddaughter, Liliana Rodriguez, mother-in-law, Barbara Boss of Beach Park, IL, siblings; Darlene (Ted) Hrabak of Florida, Larry (Pat) Miles of Burlington and Catherine (Larry) Lhotka of Rochester, brothers-in-law, Robert Turley and Edward Turley and by sisters-in-law; Catherine Turley, Mary Boss and Terri Boss. Susan is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and her faithful companion, Bruizer. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, Ronald Miles and an infant brother and sister.
