We come together today to mourn the loss of Tammy Goolsby, who was born on September 24, 1968 in Pinson, Alabama, United States. She was the beloved daughter of Donald and Linda Smith, and sister to Damian Smith. Tammy was united in marriage to Kenny Goolsby in 1991 and together they raised four children: Daniel Smith, Bradley Goolsby (spouse Devin Scales), Brad McDonald, and Heather Goolsby.

Tammy was a loving and devoted mother, wife, and grandmother. She cherished her role as a grandmother to her ten grandchildren. Tammy's kind and caring demeanor touched the lives of all who knew her, and she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

On May 12, 2024, Tammy departed from this world, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion. While we mourn her passing, we take comfort in knowing that she is at peace. Rest in peace, Tammy Goolsby.
