Terry Jack Hunt, a Journeyman Lineman, unexpectedly went home to be with the Lord on January 1, 2019 at the age of 41 at his residence in California. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Walnut Street Baptist Church (100 Walnut Hill Ave, Hillsboro, TX 76645). The service will be officiated by Danny Montgomery and Robert Montgomery.

Terry was born in Hillsboro, TX on May 9, 1977 to Linda “Gayle” Montgomery and Charles “Chuck” Hunt. At the age of 24, Terry decided to follow in his family’s footsteps and become a Journeyman Lineman. It was no secret that Terry loved his job and took pride in being a Lineman. He made many close friends along the way who turned into family.

Terry was a loving, devoted father who loved his two girls more than anything. Everyone who met Terry instantly grew attached and knew he was a man they could count on. Terry had a temper and definitely knew how to show tough love, but that’s one of the many reasons why we love him.

Terry is survived by his children; Victoria Lynn Hunt, Harmony Deann Hunt; his sisters, Jennifer Hunt, Carla Gonzalez, Mary Martin and husband, Dustin; His nieces and nephews, Richard, James, Alex, Zeke, Terry, Kaitlyn, Delanie and numerous of other relatives and friends. Proceeding him in death are his parents Charles “Chuck” Hunt and Linda “Gayle” Hunt.
