Tessa was the daughter of David Lawrence O'Neil and Melissa Renée Irwin, and she was cherished by her loving spouse, Elio Campbell, whom she married in 2030.

Tessa was a beacon of light in the lives of those around her, and her legacy lives on through her three children. Rosemary Campbell, accompanied by her spouse Michelle, Leo Campbell, with his loving wife Miya Campbell, and Naomi Owen, alongside her spouse Ben Owen, carry forth her spirit and the values she instilled in them.
