Visitation will be held all day Tuesday, Jan. 31, 2017, at the funeral home with family present 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 1, 2017, in East Hill Cemetery. Services are under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home/Sherwood Way.Theo was born on Dec. 17, 1933, in Salt Gap, Texas to James Kalloup and Ellen Callie Sparks. He lived and worked on a ranch most of his life. In 2007 he started working for his nephew, Jackie Sparks.He was preceded in death by his parents; three brothers, Floyd R.M. (Dogie), Jackson and Walter Sparks; two sisters, Ora Loggins and Jessie Villers.Theo is survived by his son, Theo Randolph (T.R.) Sparks and wife Gabbie; three grandsons, Triston Lee, Tyler Ray and Tanner Ryan Sparks; one step grandson, Jonathan; one step granddaughter, Cristina Burk.
