Brown, 92 of Zanesville died at 4:00 AM, Monday, May 01, 2017 at the Zanesville Health & Rehab.He was born on Thursday, April 30, 1925 in Malta the son of James Franklin Bown Sr. and Gladys F. (Murphy) Brown Schimmel.Ted was a WWII Army Veteran and retired from the B & O Rail Road after 44 years of service. He enjoyed gardening & yard work. Ted loved his horses and dogs.He is survived by two sisters; Bonnie Coulson and Maxine Bankes; several nieces, nephews and cousins, and his pet Shih Tzu dog, "Sassy". Ted was preceded in death in addition to his parents, by his wife, Nina K. (Beard) Brown; two sisters, Mary Mehling and Alta Travis; and a brother, James F. Brown Jr. Friends may call 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on May 3, 2017 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home where funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating.
