Theresa Ann "Teak" ParksTheresa Ann "Teak" Parks, 49, of Lafayette, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 30, 2017 at her residence.She was born on Sept. 15, 1968 in Lafayette to the late Silas V. and Zelma H. (Brown) Parks. She was a 1986 graduate of Morristown Community High School in Tennessee.She was a caretaker for Home Instead and also Help at Home, both in Lafayette.She enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening and taking care of family and friends.She is survived by her sons: Corey Parks of Indianapolis and Cody Walker of Lafayette; siblings: Michael Parks (Ann) of West Lafayette and Douglas Parks of Lafayette.Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until the 5:00 p.m. funeral service on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at Davidson Funeral Home with Pastor Troy Hostetler officiating.Memorial donations in her memory may be made to the donor's favorite charity.http://www.davidsonfh.com.
