This obituary is administered by:
Therese TouartBrannon Crumlish1932 - 2017Therese, "Teet", Crumlish left this world, peacefully from her home on Monday, February 6, 2017, after a long and courageous battle with breast cancer. She was born on August 1, 1932 in Mobile, AL, to Maude and Harry Touart as one of five children. She was married to Joe Brannon, her late husband for nearly 40 years. They settled in Lafayette, LA where they raised 5 children. In 1992, she moved to Pensacola Beach, where she dove into volunteering. She was a charter member of the Pensacola Beach Optimist Club, a member of the Pensacola Senior Follies, and volunteered at the Christmas and Spring Concerts for Gulf Coast Chorale.Teet found true love again at the age of 79, from then on she lived for the next dance with her husband, Jim Crumlish. With much prayer and enthusiastic hope for a miracle (51), Teet challenged her second bout of breast cancer for 6 years, with Jim always encouraging her. The miracle might have been the 6 joyful years of a very positive lifestyle and the sharing of true love.Teet was preceded in death by her first husband, Edward Joseph Brannon and her grandson, Jeremy Michael.Survivors include her husband, Jim Crumlish; children, Joseph Edward Brannon (Kay), Karen Deumite (Joe), Linda Del Rio (Jack), Julie Holden, and Lori Carter (Gar); 12 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The Rosary will be prayed at 2:30pm followed by the visitation until 5:00pm Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Harper-Morris Memorial Chapel.Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am Monday, February 13, 2017 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Fr.
