Thomas A. BryanZANESVILLE: Thomas A. Bryan, 71 of Zanesville died at 11:00 PM Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the Genesis Medical Center CCU.He was born on July 25, 1943 in Zanesville, OH the son of Howard and Mary Bishop Moorehead. Tom was retired from Central Ohio Coal and after his retirement was part owner along with his wife and actively involved in the business of Bryan Place & Bryan's Furniture-Interior. He is survived by his mother, Mary Bishop Moorehead of Zanesville, his wife of 51 years Carol (Garrett) Bryan of the home; his children, Russell (Pamela) Bryan, Andrew Bryan, and daughters, Jeanette Congdon (Dean), Betsy (Kerry) Beach; and daughter-in-law Lisa Bryan of Zanesville; grandchildren, Seth Harris, Makensie Congdon and Evan Congdon all of Lexington KY., Alex Beach, Justin and Jared Bryan and Bay and Eden Bryan all of Zanesville; sisters, Judy (Harold) Barnhart, Dianne (John) Murphy; and a brother Mike (Andrea) Moorehead; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death, in addition to his father, by his son Tommy Bryan who died May 27, 2009.Visitation will be held from 2-4 pm & 6-8 pm on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with funeral service being held at 11:00 AM on Monday, December 15, 2014 with Pat Wiseman-Jones officiating.
