Thomas Alan Breen, 66, passed on October 23, 2021. He was born in Carbondale, Illinois on December 02, 1953.

He married Adrian Lynn Breen in 1970 and they lived together in Marion, Illinois for the rest of their lives as one. Together they raised 4 children Christy Lynch (married to David Lynch), Edward Breen (married to Susanna Clemente Breen), Patrick Breen, and Jim Breen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Captain Breen served his country for 10 years in the United States Army.

He loved to test his grandchildrens knowledge on the 50 states and go for walks together on the trail behind his home.

Captain Breen is truly gone too soon and will be very missed by all that knew him. We all hope one day soon a cure for Alzheimer's will exist.
