Son of Rose (Kane) Thomas of York and the late Thomas J. Fitzgerald, Sr. He was a 1971 graduate of York Catholic High School. In addition to his mother, Tom is also survived by two sons, Sean P. Fitzgerald and Justin T. Fitzgerald. Service and burial will be private.
