He was 76 years old.Thomas was born on November 9, 1940 in Pleasantville, New York, the son of the late Alfred, Sr. and Florence Goldfuss Frederic. Thomas proudly served his country in the United States Navy from 1958 to 1961. He worked for Metro North for 30 years as a Railroad Engineer. Thomas loved to play golf.Thomas is survived by his wife, Celeste Urban Frederic of The Villages, Florida; his children, Michael Frederic of Beacon and Stephanie Kovalsky and her husband, Joseph of Wappingers Falls; his step-daughter, Christina Zhen Urban of Manayunk, Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Anthony and Meghan Kovalsky; his brother, Alfred Frederic, Jr. and his wife, Pat of Florida; his sister, Carol Frank and her husband, Brad of Florida and his nieces and nephew.Thomas was predeceased by his son, Shaun Frederic on April 23, 1987.Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.Memorial donations in memory of Thomas may be made to the , www.stjude.org/donate.
