Tom Kistner, age 66 of Eldorado, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. He was born on May 15, 1951 in Sheboygan, the son of the late Louis A. and Magdaline (Raabe) Kistner. He graduated from Oshkosh High School in 1969. Tom was the founder and owner of Quality First Construction. He was an avid hunter and would often travel with Keith and George to: Colorado and Wyoming for: Elk, Mule Deer, and Antelope; Tomahawk to Duke's Cabin, and Bowler with Dewey. He also enjoyed playing Sheephead. Tom was a fantastic pool player and enjoyed motorcycling with Jim. He was an all season person and loved snowplowing and snowmobiling in winter. The last five years Tom enjoyed moving out of the city to Eldorado and loved the country and cutting grass. Tom is survived by: his fiancée, Lu Ann Shepro and their new puppy Snowball; one son, Mark (Jamie) Kistner of Albuquerque, NM and his son, Jayzen; one daughter, Christy (Bojo) Jeromson Kistner of Austrialia and their daughters: Hayley and Lilah; one sister, JoAnn (Scott) Kossow of Greenfield and her children: Daniel (Courtney) Novotny and Katie (Nick) Gillies; and many cousins. Tom is further survived by Lu Ann's children: Angela Gilbertson, Joshua (Annie) Deschaine; and Lu Ann's brothers: Eugene, William, Harvin, Gary and Walton Miller. Tom is preceded in death by his parents, and Lu Ann's brother, Warren.Memorial Service will be at 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home- Westside, 100 Lake Pointe Drive. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until the time of service.The family would like to extend a thank you to the First Responders especially Jerry for their care and support that was given to Tom.
