Tom was born on July 17, 1956 in Marshfield, to Edward and Claudine (Holleran) Fandry and where he was a 1974 graduate of Marshfield Senior High School. He attended the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and then University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and graduated from Lakeland College. While attending college, he was employed as a bartender at the Downtowner and Browns Bar in Marshfield. After his education, he was employed at Bonded Collections, Marshfield. He then began working for Wood County Child Support, and at the present time was employed as Director of Child Support Sauk County in Baraboo. Tom was a member of the Elks Lodge #688 of Baraboo, The Baraboo Country Club, the WCSEA, and had been a volunteer at St. Vincent's Food Pantry in Baraboo. Tom was known and loved as a "free spirit" and had many, many friends. He loved golf, football, movies and books. He is lovingly survived by his son, Nicholas of Madison, his parents, Edward and Claudine Fandry of Marshfield, his sister, Patricia Pancamo of Livingston, TX, and his special friend, Jen Koenig. He is further survived by a niece, Meghan (Tim) Stinson and a nephew, Jacob Heiser. He was predeceased by his grandparents. Condolences may be sent online to
