Thomas M. Hoffman , 33 passed on December 28 2018. Born August 10 1985 in garlfeild New Jersey. He spent most of his live in Warren county, touching all the lifes he met. A graduate of Belvidere High School he been employed with Elastimold since 2010. Always smiling, the fastest with a joke, and words of encouragement. He is survived by his mother Suzanne sisters Michelle and Delaney and brother Dylan.

Tom always loved the outdoors. Movies and fishing.  Most would recall Tom and jessie fishing and sleeping along the Delaware river and having campfires parties. His teaching and guidance of youths and those less fortunate and the countless hours he spent with different foster kids over the years will always be remembered. 

Funeral will be private but donations and gifts please be donated to Collumicle Megath Park in Bangor Pa. Where tom spent countless hours marrying people, and performing worship ceremonies
