Fannin, Thomas RayThomas Ray Fannin, 56, of Green Bay passed away peacefully on September 3, 2017.He was born on October 27, 1960 in Kenosha, to Jerry Fannin, and the late Lorraine (Winans) Fannin.Twenty-three years ago, Thomas found the love of his life, Anna Marie Swainson. These two were inseparable; whether spending time with family and friends; taking care of the yard and garden; tinkering and building things; their small adventures here and there. They were definitely soul mates and best friends. Thomas was a big-hearted guy who saw humor in everything right until the end. Thomas is survived by his soul mate, Anna Marie Swainson; her son, Shane Swainson; his daughter, Jasmine (Brian) Cherney; his father, Jerry Fannin; his sister, JoAnn (Dennis) Hecker; his four grandchildren, Riley Wojkiewicz, Hailey, Paige, and Morgan Harrison; his nephews, Michael Hecker (and special friend Tavia), Matt Hecker (and special friend Amanda), and other relatives and friends.He was preceded in death by his mother Lorraine Fannin.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Avenue, on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
