Rost, ThomasThomas A. Rost, 71, of Green Bay, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer, on Tuesday, February 7, 2017. He was born on November 28, 1945 to the late George and Irene (Hellman) Rost. After graduating from Oconto Falls High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps, where he proudly served in the Vietnam War. In Thomas' free time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and spending time on his land in Oconto County. Being the family man he was, he always enjoyed time with his children and grandchildren.Thomas is survived by his daughters, Cassie Yaeger and Leslie (Al Bailey) Rost; step-sons, Scott (Dena) Klaus and Chad (Danielle) Klaus; grandchildren, Tanner Klaus, Kennedy Klaus, Brody Yaeger, Maxx Klaus, and Caden Yaeger; sisters, Margaret (Larry) Brick and Pat (John) Yirsa; and many loving nieces and nephews.Family and friends may call on Friday, January 10, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. until the time of Parish Wake Service at 6:30 p.m. at Lyndahl Funeral Home, 1350 Lombardi Ave. Visitation will continue on Saturday, January 11, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. with Fr.
